Синдром последствий интенсивной терапии (ПИТ-синдром) у детей

Аннотация
Выживаемость детей, которым требуется интенсивная терапия по поводу жизнеугрожающих заболеваний или травм, в последнее время значительно возросла. В педиатрической интенсивной терапии снижение смертности сопровождается увеличение заболеваемости. Указанная тенденция привела к смещению фокуса внимания со снижения смертности к оптимизации исходов у перенесших критическое состояние пациентов. Формированию более широкого подхода и внимания к исходу у переживших критическое состояние пациентов в значительной степени способствовала разработка концепции, объединившей заболевания, возникающие после интенсивной терапии, в рамках синдрома последствий интенсивной терапии (ПИТ-синдром, PICS). Концепция ПИТ-синдрома подразумевает возникновение нарушений у пациентов после интенсивной терапии в трех основных сферах: психическое здоровье, когнитивные функции и физическое здоровье, а также учитывает состояние семьи выживших пациентов, в частности родителей, у которых часто отмечается ухудшение психического здоровья. Диагностика и лечение данного состояния подразумевает работу мультидисциплинарной бригады, в которую желательно включить врача-остеопата для более эффективной и своевременной диагностики и коррекции обратимых функциональных нарушений.
