Введение. Больные цервикалгией предъявляют разнообразные жалобы на головные боли, головокружение, лабильность артериального давления, сердцебиение, чувство страха, нехватки воздуха, слабости, метеолабильности. Медикаментозная терапия цервикалгии не устраняет весь спектр жалоб, а локальные манипуляции на шейных позвонках могут вызывать обострения вегетативно-сосудистых проявлений заболевания. Изучение остеопатических дисфункций у больных цервикалгией и анализ результатов остеопатического лечения позволит обосновать необходимость остеопатической коррекции при данной патологии.
Introduction. Patients suffering from cervicalgia present different problems such as headache, vertigo, lability of arterial pressure, heartbeating, sensation of fear, shortness of breath, weakness, meteorolability. Presence of this kind of symptoms can be connected with the irritation of the vegetovascular structures abundantly present in this region. Medication therapy of cervicalgia doesn’t eliminate all the complaints, and local manipulations on the cervical vertebra provoke aggravation of vegetovascular manifestations of the disease. The study of osteopathic dysfunctions in patients presenting cervicalgia and the analysis of the results of osteopathic treatment permit to justify the necessity of osteopathic correction in patients presenting this pathology.
