Широкая встречаемость патологии обусловливает актуальность изучаемой проблемы. Большое внимание уделено комплексному подходу с учетом патогенетических механизмов, типу боли (ноцицептивный, нейропатический, дисфункциональный, смешанный), ее временных характеристик (острая, хроническая боль), эмоциональному и соматическому статусу пациентов с учетом болевых установок и болевого поведения. В работе рассмотрен мультидисциплинарный подход к лечению больных с неспецифической болью в нижней части спины с использованием физио- и бальнеотерапии, медикаментозного и интервенционного лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This analytical review present of the literature on rehabilitation of patients with non-specific low back pain. The wide occurrence of pathology determines the relevance of the studied problem. Much attention is paid to the complex approach, taking into account the pathogenetic mechanisms, the type of pain — nociceptive, neuropathic, dysfunctional, mixed, its temporary characteristics (acute, chronic pain), the emotional and somatic status of patients, pain attitudes and pain behaviors.
